13 c Sifted flour
2 c Dry skim milk
6 tb Baking powder
5 1/4 tb Salt
3 c Oil
4 1/4 c Water
In large bowl, mix the flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Blend in
oil. Beat until mixture is coarse. Gradually add water until
combined. Knead on floured board and roll out to 1/2 inch. Cut into
biscuits and bake on a greased cookie sheet for about 15-20 minutes,
or until golden brown.
