Baked Mustard Chicken Recipe


2 Chickens, broiler-fryer;
-quartered
2 ts Salt
1/2 c Mustard, prepared
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Water
2 tb Oil, salad
1 ts Thyme, dried leaf
1/4 ts Ginger, ground

Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken. Place skin side up in
foil-lined shallow baking pan. Combine other ingredients and spoon
over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes,
basting occasionally.
