1 c Chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c Margarine, melted
2 8 oz packages cream cheese,
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Mashed ripe banana
1/4 c Chopped walnuts
1/3 c Milk chocolate pieces
1 tb Margarine
2 ts Cold water
Crust: Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted margarine and press
onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350ø, 10 minutes.
Filling: Combine cream cheese, sugar and banana, mixing at medium
speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time,
mixing well after each addition. Stir in walnuts; pour over crust.
Bake at 350ø, 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before
removing rim of pan.
Decorative topping: Melt chocolate pieces and margarine with water
over low heat, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over cheesecake. Chill
