1 c Vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c Margarine -- melted
1/4 c Strong coffee
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese --
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow
2 c Thawed non-dairy whipped
Mix together crumbs and margarine. Press mixture onto bottom of 9
inch springform pan. Melt coffee and chocolate over low heat;
stirring until smooth. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed on electric mixer
until well blended. Beat in marshmallow creme and coffee mixture.
Fold in whipped topping; spoon over crust. Chill until firm. 10-12
