Barbecue Sauce ( Chinese ) Recipe

3/4 c Catsup
3 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Liquid smoke
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 tb Ground ginger
2 x Cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
