TANGY BARBECUE SAUCE Recipe

 


3/4 c FROZEN APPLE JUICE, UNDILUTE
6 oz TOMATO PASTE
3 tb APPLE VINEGAR
2 ts LEMON JUICE
1 ts CHILI POWDER
1 ts SOY SAUCE
1/4 ts ONION POWDER
1/4 ts PEPPER
1/8 ts SALT

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A 1 QUART MEASURE. STIR WELL AND COVER
WITH WAX PAPER. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 6 TO 8 MINUTES; STIRRING AFTER
3 MINUTES. LET STAND, UNCOVERED, 5 MINUTES. SERVE WITH CHICKEN.
